Frequent CLE Lecturer and conference speaker on substantive law topics and Law Office Technology.
In-house Lawyer Coach and Litigation Consultant (2015-19) at Kanner & Pintaluga P.A., a National law firm located in Boca Raton, Florida. Worked with approximately 10 lawyers in the Litigation Dept. at any given time, and focused on mindset coaching, case strategy, core skills, and trial preparation in dozens of cases- including the first jury trial for two associates who recovered a $1m verdict in a premises liability case, among others.

Made substantial contributions that have consistently resulted in significantly higher settlements at all firms I’ve worked with, by addressing core competencies and mindset, and strategizing on cases both prelit and litigation, including trial preparation. Intensive focus on working up cases for trial, and dealing with experienced defense counsel and insurance adjusters.
Developed and implemented rules, processes and best practices for client firms (2019-present). Converted two firms from legacy software to Filevine, a popular practice management tool, and was actively involved in template design, customization and implementation. Also developed LawDesq.com, an online portal for law firms to provide easy access to manuals, policies and procedures, useful links and other materials.
Technologist and app designer in the legal space (2011-present). Designed and supervised development of Depositions.com, an award-winning YouTube for the legal profession featuring Video on Demand, inline editing tools, and collaboration tools to solve the video problem facing the legal industry. UI/UX Designer for Prolific.com, a web-based project management and collaboration tool. Also designed an app on the Salesforce platform that allowed remote querying of database via SMS.
